Have A Bruised Forearm Due To An Injury Last Weekend.

have a bruised forearm due to an injury last weekend. Immediately after the injury the bruised area became a lump like if you bang your head against something. The lump went away bet has re appeared again. Although smaller then before, I am concerned about a possible blood clot. I take coumidin. Do I need to be worried?
