Have A Lot Of Gas In My Stomach Keep Burping

have a lot of gas in my stomach keep burping have to sit up straight to get it out. has been worse the last few days then when I would belch a lot I throw up. have been sick to my stomach amd cant keep anything down. loose bowels, no fever nut my stomach hurts like aches. mon my sinus was terrible and I started coughing a lot that has pretty much passed.
