have a pinched nerve in my neck between 5&6 &6&7, also think it is I'm my left side of my back to I am experiencing severe pain when I try to walk can feel it in my back when I move but the pain is my whole left leg when I stand up or walk what can I do to help it tried a velcrow back belt for two days I am fine If sitting or laying down. but can't stand pain to severe
