Have A Red Rash On Scrotum Only. It Flares Up

have a red rash on scrotum only. It flares up sometimes. I'm 62 and have had this since teenager. Just live with it. Been to doctors and skin doctors in the past. They just said it was something i had to live with, which i have. Just thought i would see if anything new has developed in this area?
