Have Been Having Weakness Pain And Loss Of Feeling In

have been having weakness pain and loss of feeling in my arms & hands I had a mri and the results say this findings are at c5-c6, c6-c7 and c7-t 1 levels there are small posterior disc bulge/osteophyte complex cyst causing minimal pressure on ventral sac surface. I am a 41 year old man with rheumatoid arthritis and it is well controlled and I see my rheumatologist every 3 months, how serious is the above findings?
