Have Been Taking Ramipril 5mg For Many Years Recently Been

have been taking ramipril 5mg for many years recently been suffering from breathlessness and feeling dizzy after small amounts of exercise,since starting taking ramipril life style has changed considerably no smoking or drinking/ walking daily no fatty food,just wondering if i still need the drug.
