Have Experienced Lower Intestinenal Cramping With Direrahia For A Week,have

have experienced lower intestinenal cramping with direrahia for a week,have had this before but normally goes away with ammodium after couple days and has lasted longer this time,i switched to a brat diet its not constant just wake up with cramping and go to bathroom and take pepto bismol im going about twice a day to bathroom with occasional mild nausua.
