Have Got A Venous Angioma In The Brain And A

have got a venous angioma in the brain and a cavernoma in the spinal cord did have a bleed in the spinal cord 2 yrs ago, recently thought that I had vertigo but wasn't going so my doctor sent me for a mri 4wks ago which has now showed that I have been having multilple small bleeds in the brain but not come from the venous angioma but I am wondering if they could be cavernomas in the brain as I know that this can happen
