Have Had Earache 4 Months Sometimes Severe, Always Tinnitus (hissing)

have had earache 4 months sometimes severe, always tinnitus (hissing) right ear. 1968 had ear surgery and ear drum replace. scar behind my ear. Dr. says it is allergies and I don't have redness or stuff in my ear. Pain goes into my eye and around ear, sometimes throat (r) was prescribed neomycin polmyxin sulfates & hydrocortisone. issued 3/26/15
#2 RX azithromycin 250 mg tabs 6 tabs. issue on 4/15/15 & prednisone 10 mg Qu. 6 A nurse practicioner in the docs office saw me, not the regular doc.
