Have Had Psoriatic Spongiform Dermatitis Diagnosis (I Am Female Age

have had psoriatic spongiform dermatitis diagnosis (I am female age 66) since more than one year ago. treatments with steroid helped but condition came back worsened after ending treatments. have recently been getting uv light treatment---full body, as my entire body is affected) raised, red spongy looking round sores...weep fluid when scratched...almost intolerable itching and now I am losing energy and feeling exhausted. have had proper biopsy and see dermatologist but nothing is helping. allergy tests are clean. should I try naturopath ? or what other meds. got immediate response from coal tar (psoriacin) which cleared the psoriatic portions very well but does nothing for the spongiotic derm. what can I do? I am desperate! thanks so much for any help! anna
