Have Had Several Episodes Of Feeling A Quick Flutter In

have had several episodes of feeling a quick flutter in the right side of my neck. Has happened 3 time over a two week period. Just had a stress test...all was fine..do take thyroid medication for hypothyroidism and have been under extreme stress due to life issues
