Have Had Some Flu Like Symptoms, But Only The Severe

have had some flu like symptoms, but only the severe muscle ache, and body chills. no fever, runney nose, congestion, nausea, or vomiting. my first thought rheumatoid arthritis (although I do not have arthritis). also, never had rheumatic fever growing up. only childhood illnesses I had were chicken pox, and full mumps(both left and right side), only caught the flu one every 10-15 years. been in remission with Colitis for at least 25 years without medication treatment.
