Have Pneumonia. Been On Clindamycin 300mg Q 6 Hr X

have pneumonia. been on clindamycin 300mg q 6 hr x 10 days.,thne took prednisone 20mg bid x 5 days ans doxycycline bid x 10 days, am on sotolol for atrial fib. very limited on antiabiotics that I can take, appears cant take albuterol nebulizer treatments either. still very wheezy, do u have any ideas?
