Have This Pulled Muscle Or What Ever It Is Behind

have this pulled muscle or what ever it is behind my shoulder blade on right hand side ,I thought it was my lungs but doctor said no its been three weeks going on 4 ,I woke up with it,now this has happend on my other side back this past summer,I hurts so much in the morning hours and just ok in the day
