Having Had A Mastectomy About Ten Years Ago, With Removal

having had a mastectomy about ten years ago, with removal of 17 lympnodes and a failed reconstruction, I recently was admitted to hosp. over-nite because of chest pain which did not prove to be caused by a heart attack or blood clot, which I had experienced in the past. Pain encompasses the entire area of the right side mastectomy including the underarm and side area of the chest wall. My breast bone had been covered after the last surgery to remove the tram flap which failed. That area is painful and pain travels to all surrounding areas? What could this mean 10 years removed from surgery?
