having shooting pain in my second metatarsal. podiatrist feels surgery necessary due to elevated first metatursal is elevated causing pressure leading increase skin production which with my gentics becoming painful porokeratoma Surgery due to relative long second metatursal Will make it shorter and put in screw. Is this a good idea?
