having trouble swallowing anything it gets stuck about midway or a little more , sometimes fluid will help it and other times it wont it is painful and it will only come back up. it is difficult to get any nourishment, i am losing weight because of it i have lost probably lost 25 lbs in the last few months what can i should i do about this what is wrong
