Could My Daily Headaches, Cognitive Decline, And Hair Loss Be Linked To Inhaling From An Overheated, Possibly Fake THC Cartridge Years Ago?

headaches associated with fake cartridges hello, this will be a bit of a long story but a few years ago when i was around the age of 16 and very stupid i had a thc vape cartridge (that i assume was fake)but no battery. I decided to use a makeshift battery by removing the casing from a usb charger and using the wires to heat the cartridge. i believe i overheated the cartridge very badly and im honestly not sure what exactly i put into my lungs that day. anyways i have been suffering from severe headaches daily for around 2 years now and ive also noticed significant cognitive decline. i am also very worried because i have noticed a lot of hair loss. i was wondering if anyone could help me out. i also have gerd and chiari 1 malformation if that helps
