Hello - About A Year Ago I Was Diagnosed With

hello - about a year ago i was diagnosed with genital herpes. About a week ago I developed three bumps on my rectum which are blister like in their appearance. I assume I am having a herpes outbreak. Do I need to go see a doctor or is their medication I can take to assist with the outbreak
