Hello 4 Years Ago I Had My Adrenalin Gland Removed

hello 4 years ago i had my Adrenalin gland removed due to a large tumor 4-4 inches, i recently have been getting bad migraines, cant sleep, always tired, low patience and no motivation. Could this be a problem with my renaming Adrenalin gland maybe not corresponding properly?
