Hello DR. I Am Suffering With Cold, Due To Cold

hello DR. I am suffering with cold, due to cold now these days I am not able to do heavy weight exercise in gym.

I took cold medicine from Dr but i get allergy on my lips , please suggest me which medicine should i take for cold and avoid reaction on lips .
