Hello Doc, I Joined Gym After Which I Got Lots

hello Doc,

I joined gym after which I got lots of pimples on my back. I used to have pimples on my shoulders before also but this time situation was very bad. I visited a demotologist and he recommended me nedabect, acne star soap and antibiotics but I am not having much relief with this and the break out seems to be never ending.
