Hello Doc, My Age Is 32 , Day By Day

hello Doc, my age is 32 , day by day my skin is getting dull, dark and patchy. it has no glow and looks very uneven. and these days i can notice my entire body is getting dark ,earlier it was not like this,. please suggest me some intake of medicines which will improve my colour unevenness and and give it a glow.thanks, Rasika.
