Hello Doctor I Am Suffering Any Years Sinusitis. Block Nose

hello Doctor i am suffering any years sinusitis. block nose and etchings i cant sleep in air condition room and i cant drink cold drinks. presently i am using tablets Adol sinus. is just for short time relif. 5 years ago i tried injection Diprofos. it will relif nearly 5 to 6 months. now can i use the same injection. for sinusitis. now i am 40 years old and have diabatics. pls suggest me sir.
