Hello Dr. I Have Always Struggle With My Ensophagus And

hello Dr. I have always struggle with my ensophagus and sometimes its block with yellow and some times with dark stuff and when i am sleeping i have my left gland always pinching and when i swallow the water it pushes on my heart and i feel the pain on my hart. i have two stints in my heart. i need your help. thanks.
