Hello Dr John, I Have This Problem Started 4days Ago,

hello Dr John, i have this problem started 4days ago, in morning i have severe pain in my eyes(heaviness) and has mild fever and fatigue. ibuprofen 400mg control my fever and lower down my eyes pain but i am curious why this is happening?
i have no infections, external or internal.
Please guide me regarding my problem
