Hello Drs. I Have A Nagging Pain, Which Is On

hello Drs. I have a nagging pain, which is on my right lower back , waist area, right above my right butt cheek, near my oblique, its been several days and I've tried stretching , hot showers , laying flat, and a pain reliever. and I can't seem to get to sleep , no position helps. even sitting is uncomfortable. Some people say that it could be my sciatic nerve.
