Hello I Am 21 And Diagnosed With Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome

hello I am 21 and diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome I did have a miscarriage at 17. My period is irregular and the last period I had was September 4-7. I have intercourse from the 24-28th several times a day. I have not started my period and have experience brown spotting for the last two days on and off again. Does this mean I'm pregnant? I have taken two test about 5 days ago and they both came back negative
