Hello, I Am 34 Yr Female Got Lower Abdomen Ultrasound

hello, I am 34 yr female got lower abdomen ultrasound report is uterus measures about 149mm x 90mm x 109mm. It appears bulky ,bosselated & shows a large oval hypoechoic solid measuring about 90mm x 60mm x 84mm with whorled appearance suggestive of fibroid. the endometrium is pushed posteriorly and obscured by the shadow of fibroid however the visualized portion of endometrium measures 6mm in thickness.
both ovaries are displaced laterally by the fibroid. can you suggest me what I should do for this.
