hello . I am 46 year old male and I have noticed over the past year - but mores in the past 6 months a decrease in the amount I ejaculate when I have an orgasm. I am very sexually active , but I notice. no difference. whether I have 4 orgasms a day or I don't have any for a week - and thinking I should have an increased amount of ejaculation I often find that that isn't the case at all. when I used to have an orgasm I had a lot of fluid - now I have about a tenth of what I had before. I realize that as we age there is less and. less testosterone- and I am on testosterone therapy - I take 200 mg 2 ccx once every other week per my m.d.. I also take serostim and deca - for. cycles twice. year. but stay on the seriatim just at a lower amount all the time . I also am his positive and am on medication and am undetectable and have been for years. please let me know if there is. something I need to be worried about.
