I am Cyndee Balbuena a medical technologist, i have a patient 12 years old, his father is positive in both hepatitis A and hepatitis C. I tested her urine in dipstick and her bilirubin is ++ and yellowish color of the eye but when we refer to other, the result came up negative in hepatitis. What could that be?
