Hello, I Am A 46 Year Old Female And Not

hello, I am a 46 year old female and not sure if I am at the start of menopause but have noticed that I had dried fluid on nipple like it had been leaking so I checked futher and squeezed to see if anymore fluid and yes there is , it is not totally clear more like a yellow so I check other nipple and no dried fluid but if I squeezed then same yellowy fluid came out . would this be part of menopause?
