Hello I Am A 56 Year Old Female Registered Nurse

hello

I am a 56 year old female registered nurse
I was diagnosed with sclerosing orbital inflammatory disease
I did have a biopsy by an oculoplastic surgeon
thorough workup with pulmonology, and rheumatology also. (all tests negative)
I have not had any symptoms in the last year after steroid treatment and being weaned off after 8 months
all MRI's, have had 5 in the last 2 years have shown. no changes since surgery date of March 2015
I am concerned because they have all said right frontal vertex extra-axial enhancing mass likely representing a mengioma (14mm mass)
should I be seeing a neurologist?
my oculoplastic surgeon says I do not have to but I am concerened
thank you
