I am a 65 yr old artist who has a debilitating shyness around new people. I am now in the limelight due to my artwork and increasingly asked to talk and speak publicly. I am very excited about this but am wary because
I tend to want to withdraw. I have seen a number of psychiatrists about this and they gave me valium, which
doesn't help much at all.
can you suggest if I should start a course of Xxanax? or what? I am very healthy.
