Hello I Am A Polysystic Ovaries Patient And I Have

hello I am a Polysystic ovaries patient and I have irregular periods ranging from 32,33,34 and the highest has been 35 cycle periods. Including months I do miss every now and then.

I missed my period in November 2015 and come on my period on December 15th 2015. I found out I was pregnant on January 27th 2016. Would you be able to tell me when the egg was fertilised roughly?

I am really worried about my dates and would appreciate an estimate when I conceived.
