hello, I am a bi-lateral lung transplant patient. In the past few months I have been experiencing chest pain and tightness when I do any kind of activity especially walking. I had a pretty extensive cardiac work-up and the only things found were left ventricular diastolic dysfunction and hypertrophy.
I am told I need to exercise but my chest hurts when I try too.
