Hello.. I Am A White Male Age 67 Who Has

hello.. I am a white male age 67 who has developed an enlarged cord leading to my right testicle. there appears to be a lump with a mass in the cord. what are your ideas as to possible reasons for this problem. it is somewhat painful but the testicle itself is not so tender. I'm sorry I thought this was a free search. thank you for your time
