Hello, I Am Currently On Xarelto For Afib, I Take

hello, I am currently on xarelto for afib, I take 15 mg. daily. My current insurance takes care of most of the expense. In 5 weeks, i will be on medicare D. The medicare plans do no pay much of xarelto. My monthly bill will be right at $500.00. Can't afford that. If I change to eliquis it will be $75.00. The reason I am on xarelto and not warfarin, is I had a kidney transplant. Will I be able to take eliquis, will it interact with my kidney meds, prograf and myfortic, and should I ask my cardiologist to change? Thank you
