Hello I Am Suffer From Hidradenitis Supparitiva Which Is Chronic

hello I am suffer from hidradenitis supparitiva which is chronic now under my armpits. Now i realized that I have some breakouts in my anal area. I would like to know what can I use to get rid of it as well as to stop the pain and prevent it from being chronic. Thank You!
