Hello, I Am Waking Up With A Sore Mouth Very

hello, I am waking up with a sore mouth very bad headaches, sore legs like charlie horses, and most times i am choking when i awake. the same things happen when i just go lay down because i head hurts, but after awhile i look at the time and i missed hours and i can't even remember going to sleep. Please tell me what is happening to me.
