hello I decided to have a natural miscarriage after finding out I had an empty sac I think it started to happen yesterday is it safe to let it happen naturally while I am home ?? And when should I go to the emergency room if needed ??? I also was scheduled to have another ultrasound done tomorrow should I just wait for that ?
