hello I get HIVES break out every day and have to take allegra every day and if not taken right on the hr, I will have massive breakouts all over my body. this issue has been ongoing for over a year now and have been advised that it is stress. However I have had a tone of stress my whole life and out of know where I get this. any idea of the cause of this
