Hello. I Got A Bruish From Teeth Of A Pet

hello. I got a bruish from teeth of a pet dog while playing with him today. owner told dog is three and half months old and not yet vaccinated. The dog shows no symptoms of rabies till today. I am 32 weeks pregnant. I washed the bruish with hand wash for about 2 minutes.The bruish is superficial like broken skin. There was no bleeding but slight burning like sensation was felt. what do I do now? should I get vaccinated ? or just ignore ?
