Hello I Got Punched On My Temple Pretty Hard. Its

hello I got punched on my temple pretty hard. its been aboit an hour after and it swelled but i put an ice pack for an hour. still hurts. and my head is hurting. and it hurts for me to chew food on the side where I got hit. and my tummy is all in knots. can u please tell me what to do
