Hello, I Had A Show Yesterday Evening At 8pm, Contraction

hello, I had a show yesterday evening at 8pm, contraction type feelings every 20mins from 10.45 onwards. I had an appointment with midwife today at 12pM and she perforned a sweep at 1.15pm. I returned to hospital 8pM with contractions 10 mins aparT. They sent me home with no further instruction. I am now recording my times to be 3/5mins apart with my show till happeninG. Do you reckon I should go back to hospital?
