Hello I Had A Tear In My Vagina About A

hello I had a tear in my vagina about a week ago and I went to the ER and had it checked out and they told me no stitches were necessary that it will heal on its own and now I have a small little lump where it is healing will that little lump go away if so how long do you think it will take?
