Hello I Have Frenulum Breve And Recently Went To A

hello I have Frenulum Breve and recently went to a Urologist and had a small incision cut in the Frenulum of my penis to correct the issue. however after fully healing I still can not fully retract the foreskin over the head of the glans. At this point I have already returned to my Urologist to see about getting it fixed. at first He suggested circumcision and when I told him that was not an option he said he would be willing to go in and try to cut the frenulum again I have now rescheduled to go back and have this operation done but I am having second thoughts as to weather or not this method is going to be succesful. was trying to learn more about the operation called frenuloplasty thank for any help?
