Hello I Have A Daughter Who Is 10 And Will

hello I have a daughter who is 10 and will be 11 the end of January. she has been having dizzy spells and says her back hurts a lot. I am more concerned about the dizzy spells she has. she has never blacked out from them but she has them often. should I be really concerned?thanks
