Hello I Have A Left Upper Pain In My Abdomen

hello I have a left upper pain in my abdomen it's only hurts when I cough, I can bend over turn side ways nothing hurts but if I cough it feels like a lot of pressure. I use a laxative yesterday and it felt great even when I coughed but today it's back.
