Hello, I Have A Pea Sized Lump In My Armpit

hello, I have a pea sized lump in my armpit that doesn't move and not painful unless I press on it. It's been there for a few months and is now getting more noticeable. What do cancerous lumps look like? I am also having tightness, stiffness at the top of my knees one size more than the other.
